Health Tip of the Week: Staying Hydrated on the Course

As temperatures begin to rise, staying hydrated becomes increasingly important during your round. Along with drinking water, replenishing electrolytes can help maintain energy levels and prevent dehydration in the heat. BodyArmor beverages and bananas, both a great source of potassium, are available at Cupp’s for a quick and healthy option before or during your round

Remember to bring your water bottle to refill throughout your round. The outdoor water station at the clubhouse offers chilled water and ice, while the indoor station provides both still and sparkling water. If you would like ice, a member of our team would be happy to fill up your water bottle. In the weeks ahead, members will be able to refill water bottles at our new hydration stations located at our recently refreshed comfort stops at holes #6 and #15.

Theme Dinners

There is still space available in the Asian Themed Dinner this Thursday. Please call the Food and Beverage Team at 705-428-3673 extension 6 to reserve your spot or register on the website. Reservations close at 6pm on Wednesday May 27th. If you cannot make this dinner, you can sign up for the Mexican themed dinner on Saturday July 13th. Which ever dinner you choose or if you are simply coming in to enjoy our regular dinner menu, our goal is to bring an exceptional meal highlighted with an elevated experience.

See you around the club and on the patio real soon.

With Gratitude,

Michelle Larcher
