<![CDATA[News]]> <![CDATA[Important Information - Double Shotgun, Saturday, May 25th]]> Saturday, May 25th for the first time at Mad River the Club will host a double shotgun in an effort to accommodate as many members as possible.   

For those who are not playing in the Spring Field at 1:00 pm, an 8:30 am Front Nine Shotgun will be available.  For both events you must register by either calling the pro shop or entering online.
 
8:30 am and 1:00 pm are the only opportunities to play this coming Saturday.

The May long weekend really kicked off the season with our first few busy day’s, our initial equipment demo day, putter fitting day with the new Sam Putt lab and a new event on our social calendar, musical entertainment from the Breakdown County Boys.

He was lovingly supported by friends and with family at the end. He is survived and loved by his wife Susan (McKenzie), daughters Jennifer Pappagallo (Marco Papagallo), Tricia Hough (Chris Edwards), grandchildren Olivia, Isabella, Gianluca, Charlie and William, stepsons Joe (Gill), Scott (Jacklyn) and Matt McKenzie, step grandchildren Alexandra, Cole, Parker and Charlie, brother Paul Hough (Nancy) and sister in law Rose Sloan. We are trying out a Double Shotgun for the Spring Field Day on Saturday, May 25th.
There will be a shotgun at 8:30am for those players NOT playing in the Spring Field Day.
The 2nd shotgun will be at 1:00pm for the Field Day. We are trying to accommodate
as many members as possible so that they can get out to play. Husbands and wives

]]> Mon, 20 May 2019 04:00:00 GMT <![CDATA[Golf Course Update ]]> The spring season continues to be cold and wet, even on warm days the overnight temperatures remain cold with our share of frost.  Hopefully we will night go from too cold to really hot overnight and have a gentle assent to warmer temps.
 
We have been busy training new staff on both equipment operation and procedures during the first few weeks of the season.  We have a few new faces on staff this season, and all seem to be fitting in very nicely.  We look forward to a great 2019 season of golf.
