In addition, I will be sharing recipes throughout the year in the Mad Post. If there’s a dish you’ve particularly enjoyed or something you’d like to see featured, I encourage you to send along your requests. I currently have over 70 recipes in our Mad River recipe bible and looking to expand the repertoire.
Finally, the clubhouse itself has undergone a refresh that I believe you will truly appreciate. With a brighter new look, updated furnishings, and some additions from the kitchen, the space reflects the same sense of renewal and excitement we’re bringing to the menu.
