35th Anniversary Pin Flags
Beginning at 7:00 am this morning, Tuesday August 11
th, we will sell off our 35
th Anniversary pin flags.
Our plan is to sell each flag for $100 with 100% of the proceeds to be put towards the Mad River Girls Legacy Program.
It’s our hope that you’ll support this important program by purchasing a flag and supporting this meaningful initiative. The 2026 Legacy Program has wrapped up for the season, but funds are needed for 2027.
The program was initiative resulting from our hosting of the 2024 Canadian Ladies Mid-Amateur Championship. Our hope was to introduce local high school girls to the game. The program has been a moderate success and continues to be refined. An unintended benefit for Mad River has been a number of the participants have become integral members of our team in both the back shop and golf shop. Sandy has included some photos of the participants elsewhere in the Post.
The flags will be sold on a first come first served basis, please email me directly and I’ll use the email time stamp to determine the order.
Along with your email, please let me know how many flags you would like and your 1
st, 2
nd and 3
rd choice for colour options and I’ll do my best to accommodate. For those successful in acquiring a flag, we will bill your account, and the reference will be “Girls Legacy Program”.
If you have any other questions, you can reach me by email at
[email protected] or by phone at 705-428-3673.
Thank you,
Gary Ward,
