Thank you, thank you, thank you!
What an incredible start to the 2019 season with 22 new families joining us through the ‘Drive to 35’ program.  The success of this membership drive is largely due to the enthusiastic response of our members.  For those who have provided leads that have resulted in full membership sales for the club, your referral incentive will be reflected on your next statement.

Keep those leads and prospective members coming, there is still a great amount of work to be done to reach our goal of 35!

Stay in touch, Sandy
Director of Membership

Many professionals that do not have a golf club sponsorship have switched over to Mizuno irons without being paid.  These include Paul Casey, Brooks Koepka, Keith Mitchell, Eddie Pepperell and Kevin Tway. The new Hot Metal JPX919 game improvement irons are so good, they have made a Pro version (less offset) requested by tour players.
Ping has updated the G410 Driver for more adjustability with their moveable-weight technology to customize your driver for a desired ball flight.
Expanding on the huge success of the Rogue driver of 2018, the EPIC FLASH employs a new Flash Face Technology to help golfers get more ball speed for more distance.

Welcome back for the exciting 2019 season.

We are ready for spring by introducing our new menu with fresh exciting additions designed with healthy local (wherever possible) choices including our very own Mad River Cheddar made in house with fresh whole milk from Sheldon Creek Dairy in Loretto.   Members also asked to see a wider variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options on the menu which we have endeavoured to do.

Finally! Spring has sprung!

A hearty welcome back to all of our members, from the Accounting department.

It was a long cold winter and I for one am looking forward to the warmer temperatures.

Just a quick reminder, the office is open from 8-5, Monday to Friday. Should you have any questions, concerns or comments, please do not hesitate to come upstairs and speak with us.

We look forward to assisting you with any requirements you may have.

Thank you

Welcome New Members

Angus Rogers
I am really excited about becoming a member of MRGC. Golf has been a part of my life since playing as a kid growing up in Vancouver. I presently live in Toronto and am looking for a place in the Creemore area for weekends etc. I am the proud father of three great kids; Cameron 21, Blythe 19 and Coco 14. I look forward to being an active member of the club.

Annie Ropar & Alan Hibben
Annie and Alan have been weekend residents for some time at their heritage apple farm, Shakerhill Farm, south of Creemore. They are joined by two dogs and the occasional gaggle of grandchildren.

Alan is retired, but still seems to put in a full week as a corporate Board member at four public companies. Annie is fully employed as a senior executive at Canada Infrastructure Bank. In addition to golf, they are active members at Mulmur Hills Racquet Club and enjoy riding their horses at Creemore Equestrian Centre.

Nancy O’Donnell-Jeffery & Steve Jeffery
Nancy & Steve are both recently retired after working for many years in the GTA.  They lived in Aurora for 35 years and raised two sons Taylor & Corey.  In August of 2016 they relocated to Oro-Medonte, just east of Horseshoe Valley.  They are avid skiers and spend the winter in Sun Peaks, BC.
When Nancy & Steve are not skiing, playing golf or tennis they like to travel and back country camp with their children.
