Early member feedback from our food and beverage surveys has been terrific. Our F&B team are enjoying working with Stephen, they feel his leadership, coaching skills, expertise and temperament is already advancing their own skills.
Jacob’s experience, maturity and professionalism are exactly what we were seeking. He’s not only a great role model for the rest of the golf operations team, but the office has appreciated the timeliness, accuracy and attention to detail of his work. He’s also recently introduced an inter-department communication initiative that has already become a best practice for us.
While Shawn is at an earlier stage in his career path, he’s already established that he’s a genius at
“golf genius”. He’s working well with both our Club Captains to improve event communications through golf genius. He’s eager to learn, grow and is highly motivated to further career as a golf professional.
In summary, we couldn’t be more pleased with addition of these three talented and passionate professionals, we’ve already benefited from their presence at Mad River. Thank you for welcoming them and making them feel the Mad River difference.
