Member Project Communications
Once the project starts on July 2
nd, Chad and I will post updates at the beginning of each week reviewing plans for the week and at the end of the week, summarizing what was accomplished.
A critical component of the projects overall success is not only the quality of execution, but the delivery of the project on budget and on time. Chad and I will be monitoring this closely, particularly any scope changes. Budget and timing updates will also be a part of my communications to you.
In summary, while there will be disruption this summer, we’re looking forward to another terrific year at the club.
