This year, I hope to continue much of the same offerings that you are all familiar with sprinkled with new items that reflect the trends of the hospitality industry. My cooking style can be simply defined with two words: rustic elegance. My goal this year is to meet you all, absorb as much feedback and constructive criticism and create fresh, familiar and affordable dishes. Pride is a key word here and it is our goal to make you even more proud of your club and to become your destination for dining before your round of golf, after your round of golf, during your round of golf and even when you aren’t playing any golf at all.
