We were thrilled to welcome Chef Stephen this year. His creativity and passion were reflected in every dish he prepared, with his comforting soups and seasonal specials quickly becoming member favourites. Beyond the food, Stephen brought an energy and positivity that lifted the entire team. His easygoing nature and genuine connection with members created a welcoming atmosphere that made this season especially enjoyable.
We were fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated group of individuals on our team, each bringing enthusiasm and care to everything they did. While some have moved on to new opportunities, we hope to see many familiar faces return next season. They truly enjoyed being of service to you and are grateful for the opportunity to be part of Mad River.
As 2025 comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our wonderful season and look ahead with excitement. Over the winter, the clubhouse will be refreshed and renewed, setting the stage for an even better season ahead. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to enjoy the new space, along with fresh menu ideas and creative beverage offerings that will make next year truly special.
It has been a genuine privilege to serve our members and an honour to lead such an incredible team through another memorable season at Mad River.
