Doug Carrick
Doug was on site Monday to review work to date. He was pleased with the grow-in on both #6 and #17 greens, both greens are healthy enough now to be cut 3 times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Chad will also begin fertility programs, and you can expect to see them really start to fill in.
#12 was seeded a week later and is clearly behind, Doug also noted it’s common for seed in high spots to be slower to take. Some areas may need to be overseeded but overall, Doug was happy with the work.
He also reviewed the bunker work and made some slight adjustments to a few of the bunkers, in most cases to improve bunker visibility from the tee or fairway.
I will continue to keep you informed through a couple videos each week and various other communications including the Project Information Board and in the Mad Post. I will also keep you informed of our performance against the budget.
