A common question I am often asked is “What is your favourite dish to cook?” While that is a tough question, I must admit I do enjoy making soups, sauces and stews. Soups are so much fun to make due to their seasonality (who doesn’t love Roasted Butternut Squash and Bosc Pear Soup in October?) and their flexibility when combining flavour profiles and/or textures. I do hope many of you will try the Soup of the Day (or of the Moment) as I will be hoping to make a fresh soup very frequently and will be looking for some thoughts on some of the combinations of ingredients.
