One of our bright young minds is studying to become a welder—learning the art and precision of a trade that quite literally builds the world around us. Another is working toward a law degree, preparing to advocate for others and make a meaningful impact through justice. We also have a team member dedicated to research in the fight against Alzheimer’s, striving to help unlock answers to one of the most pressing medical challenges of our time.
One is training to be a massage therapist, developing the skills to help people heal, move better, and live without pain. Another is preparing to become a 911 operator, ready to be a steady voice in the most critical moments—a true example of calm under pressure. We also have a math major in our midst, exploring the beauty of problem-solving and unlocking opportunities in fields from technology to finance.
Passion for the planet runs through our team as well, with one member studying environmental science, dedicated to enhancing and protecting the world we share. Creativity flows, with musicians among us who bring artistry, rhythm, and joy into their daily lives. And some of our younger team members are in a wonderful stage of simply exploring—trying new things, testing possibilities, and discovering where their talents and interests will take them.
We are proud of the dedication they show to our members, but we are equally proud of the people they are becoming. Every shift at Mad River is touched by the curiosity, ambition, and passion they bring from their lives beyond the club—and that energy is part of what makes this place so special and we are so proud to be part of their journey.
