The total amount collected is allocated to each department based on the number of staff and staff hours worked. The Department Managers then assess each employee’s overall performance and allocate accordingly.
On the 22
nd of August, the gratuity will be billed to each member 40 years and over - $75.00 and each member 19-39 will be charged $50.00.
