Two days later 12 ladies played in the Interclub tournament at Oslerbrook. Their club put on a lovely spread with a lunch before noonish tee times and a delicious dinner afterwards. It was a close match, and Mad River came out victorious 10-8.

The 4 Ball Playoff Matches are underway and this week there was some excitement on the 13
th hole! Please read Charlene Wildridge’s note.
“Today Laura Neves and I played Cathy Hobart and Fran Painter. On 13, Fran put her 3rd shot to within one foot of the pin for birdie. Laura’s 3rd shot was about 60’ left of the pin/green. We gave Fran her putt for 4 but Laura got a stroke so naturally, she hit her shot and lo and behold she sunk the chip for net eagle! It was the best hole I have ever witnessed!”
