We are using hoses and a K-line water system to keep on top of the sod watering. The K-line is a system above ground that has multiple sprinklers on it and can water more square feet then our hoses will reach. We ask you please do not drive over the black hose on the K-line system as the weight of a cart could pinch or dent the hose causing pressure issues to the rest of the system.
Ahead of the new irrigation install we have been doing locates for our current system. Now more then ever we need our current system to cooperate with us. Locates help us make sure that no pipe or wires are broken by the installer. Please be aware of hand dug holes in the ground, we will be placing our traffic hoops over top of them if they will be present for more then a day.
We are currently back to regular mowing as the heat has broken, and nighttime temperatures have become more favourable. We at grounds are starting to gear up for Aeration which is only 3 weeks away. During this time all short grass areas will be core/solid tine aerified.
We ask that you please remember to fill your divots and repair your ball marks.
