In the 20 years of being a Chef, I have trained dozens of cooks and Chefs along the way. I have been honoured to watch them grow into professionals in this challenging industry and create their own success stories. It is extremely gratifying to watch your co-workers turn into premier professionals and I hope to make Mad River Golf Club a breeding ground for creative cooks and Chefs alike. 

Pride is a critical component in any workplace and the dining room is no exception. Offering staff the opportunity to create delicious meals, being creative and being reminded of their quality output are great ways to motivate and retain staff year over year.
