This coming Wednesday, May 17th is our opening Mens Day, with a shot gun start. Please try and support your team with your attendance and stellar play. For some reason, if you haven’t received the Golf Genius invite, please call the shop and they would be happy to register you.
I realize that the League opening details is quite lengthy, so I will try to spell it out like this:
Each week two of the six teams will play against each other. When possible, the shop will have two team mates playing two others from the other team. Some choose to play together and we will not oppose that. Of the players that show up, 5 total lowest net scores will be tallied up and the team with the lowest net score will win that week. The winning team will get 10 points towards the year long race. The losing teams will get zero, however they will get one point for every member that plays. Each week there will be closest to the pins and winners who will qualify for the year long shoot out.
Each week there will be a gross and net 5 dollar cash skins game. Gross skins must be from the Green tees or further back.
This year (especially when there is a shot gun) we will ask that one of the member in the foursomes, record the scores on the Golf Genius
Ap. Very easy to do, so please ask for assistance on how to do that. We will be trying to post the scores on the screen so you can see how you’re team did after the shot gun. Remember, know one will remember your score, and no one really cares.

June 21/22nd. Gents as you may recall, last year’s event was outstanding. We all had front row seats for the playoff that took place from various tees to the 9th green. It was a hit, so we intend on doing the same this year.
Please gather up your partner soon and get signed up asap. We have a cap of 80, so we would hate to turn anyone away that was looking forward to playing.
