As the club grows and the membership changes, so do the food & beverage requirements. We continued to offer golf club classics and we introduced weekly specials that deemed to be the “go to” lunch item. Some were so popular that they will make it on next year’s menu! We brought in Peroni beer which has surpassed the sales of Creemore’s Lot 9, a member favourite for over the last 5 years! Another change that I mentioned in a previous post was the request for non-alcoholic beer, wine and spirits. The European beers were a top seller followed by ‘Sober Carpenter’, a Montreal based company offering an exceptional IPA and a Blond Ale. Montreal produced some great products that the Mad Membership enjoyed this season including the ‘Paloma’, a non-alcoholic tequila & grapefruit option as well as the Montreal spiced nuts that we served.
