Year End Gratuity Charges
The end of August means many of our seasonal employees leave us to return to school. As a result, we bill our year-end gratuity fees this month, so their gratuities can be included on their final checks.
All members 40 years of age and older will notice a $75 charge on their account and all intermediates 19 and older will see a fee of $50 on their accounts.
Department managers do not participate in the gratuity pool, it is allocated to all other Mad River employees based on their performance and hours worked.
During these particularly difficult times, the staff do appreciate this year-end bonus, it really does make a difference. Thank you for your contribution.
