Clinic: Pre-Shot Routine:
- When you come to your ball, this is the time to assess the yardage, lie, wind, direction and if the shot is uphill or downhill.
- Select the club that you believe will create the shot you want.
- Take some practice swings, feeling the swing movement you want to perform.
- When stepping into your shot it is very important to look at the target.
- Get a picture of the target in your mind before your eyes return to the ball. This will help negate all those bad swing thoughts we don’t want.
