6 Week YOGA + GOLF Program
Awaken your mind and body with our Yoga and Golf Program being offered Wednesday mornings beginning July 7th from 8:30am to 10:00am.
Join local Yogi, Hannah Field for a 45 min. morning yoga practice on the front lawn followed by a 45-minute golf clinic with
Ryan Rinneard in the short game area.
Hannah will have you moving freely each week with a focus on the functional movements for the golf swing. Ryan will continue the focus of moving freely in your swing and teach you how to let go of any tension that may hinder your swing. Each week will focus on a different aspect of the game with a priority placed on freedom of movement in the full swing, as well as the short game and bunkers.
