Financial Update
Operating and Capital results through September remain on or ahead of budget for the year and early October activity remains strong. We are forecasting to achieve and potentially surpass our budget projections for the year.
Overall, it’s been a difficult year, but financially we are in great shape and we have safely managed our way through another year of Covid.
Land Transfer
All the final conditions are now with Clearview and we are awaiting final approval of the transfer. Once this phase is complete our two parcels of property (golf course and north 45) will be amalgamated into one parcel. We will then begin the process of requesting the extra land be re-zoned from prime agricultural to passive recreation, consistent with the rest of the golf course.
Once we own the property, the fence will be removed, the out of bounds on the right side of number one removed and some of the underbrush cleared to allow some recovery in that area.
Golf Equipment
Just a reminder to remove your golf equipment after your last round of the season, the back shop building is not heated and leaving your equipment there for the winter is not advisable. This is particularly true of any power caddie batteries and charging equipment.
