William Somerville or as he prefers to be called, Billy, comes to us with 20 years in the service industry. He has done every job from dishwasher and line cook to bartender and management. Additionally, he has moonlighted as a freelance writer and communications professional working in the public service sector and on various political campaigns. Although he’s not yet an avid golfer, he’s a huge basketball nerd and will most likely talk your ear off about the sport if you decide to ask him about it. Billy will be your ‘go to’ when we are not available. We are excited to create an amazing experience for both members and guests this season.
As we have not had any interest in the the Brunch To Go here at the club, we are promoting Chef Otta’s Brunch2Go instead. Please consider supporting him if you live in the area.
Lastly, the Mad River App is up and running and it too, is anxiously awaiting your arrival. Please take a moment to download it, if you haven’t already, on Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Please Note: Even though the App is live, we unfortunately are closed and are not offering any take out at this time. If demand arises before the club opens for take out, we will look at options to do so.
