1. This is an outdoor event from 5 – 7 p.m. Please dress for the weather. If extreme weather occurs, we can accommodate 50 members inside the clubhouse. Older members will be comfortably seated first.
2. The Club will be at the maximum number of persons allowable by law. All must strictly adhere to the Covid-19 Guidelines during the festivities. Friendly reminders will be given to physical distance throughout the evening by staff to keep you safe.
3. Masks must be worn outside in the event you cannot physically distance (2 metres) to avoid close contact.
4, Entering the clubhouse to use the facilities requires a mask.
5. Set up outside there will be a wine bar, and a signature drink station as well as the clubhouse bar for you to purchase a beverage.
6. Utensil-free foods will be served to you by our friendly Mad River staff throughout the evening.
