Dear Member,
Great news this week! We are now permitted to open the patio starting this Friday. The Club remains prohibited from opening the Clubhouse dining room (we believe for at least a couple more weeks).
The Clubhouse can only be used to enter or exit the patio, to use a restroom, or to access the pro shop.
We’ve received restaurant guidelines and best practices from the Province and health and safety officials which we will follow and have developed protocols for the opening of our patio in accordance with these recommendations. Here’s what you can expect:
- Members can continue to order from the “To Go Counter” or, from the patio, can order from the menu (including items from the Barbeque). Please allow the server to take your order from your table as ordering at the Bar is not permitted at this time
- We will be offering wine, canned beer and ciders this weekend (draft will be available next week);
- Laminated menus will be provided on the Patio. The menus, tables, chairs and other patio touch points will be immediately disinfected after each use.
- The government requires reservations to be made. We will use your tee time, plus 2 or 4 hours as your reservation time. No “drop ins” will be permitted until we have had the opportunity to determine our capacity and member use patterns. We can only accommodate post-round seating at this time.
- Patio capacity will be limited to 50% and the maximum number of people at a table will be limited to 4 (this may change after the first weekend).
- Physical distancing of tables is required to be 2 meters (6 feet) apart. Moving tables or chairs or joining other tables is strictly prohibited until further notice.
- Traffic flow on the patio will be monitored and adjusted as necessary to ensure safety for staff and members.
- To accommodate the maximum number of guests, time limits on patio dining will be set as reflected in posted notices. The time limit will initially be 1 hour and may be modified as member use becomes clearer.
- No bar snacks, newspapers, or magazines will be offered.
Members sitting together at a patio table are encouraged to maintain social distancing and engage in safe health practices.
Thank you, Hope to see you out this weekend,
F&B Leadersip Team

Summary of Notable Changes, Additions, and Edits to Procedures & Protocols effective June 11th, 2020
COVID-19 Member Bulletin #7 - June 11, 2020
As we make modifications to our COVID-19 procedures and protocols, we will keep you appraised through email and online communications such as this throughout the coming months.
From our first COVID-19 bulletins, we communicated that due to the fluid nature of the pandemic, we would be reviewing and adapting protocols and procedures throughout the year.
As a result of the limited number of other activities available over the past month, the tee sheet has been busier than normal. For health and safety reasons, the COVID Task Force, the Board and Management agreed to allow families playing in twosomes or threesomes to block remaining tee positions due to concerns with the spread of the virus. We are now approaching 4 weeks into the season, anxieties of being paired with others are diminishing and it’s clear that golfing with others may be the safest activity you can participate in.
For these reasons we have the following modifications to announce effective immediately.
Tee Access Modifications
- From Friday to Sunday (and Holiday Mondays) a twosome or threesome may only block the entire tee time starting at the 3 pm tee time.
- From Monday to Thursday a twosome or threesome may continue to block the entire tee time.
Accompanied Guest Modifications
- A guest must be part of the member or associate member’s immediate family. For clarity, a guest who is part of the immediate family is no longer required to be part of the member/associate member’s household.
- A member or associate member may each sign in one guest at a time.
- Guests are only permitted after 12 pm Monday to Thursday or after 3pm Friday to Sunday (including Holiday Mondays).
- Guest fees will be charged to the member account. • Guests must sign the COVID declaration form.
